Meconet is your North-European partner in springs, stampings, deep drawn products and qualified assembly works. We design and produce demanding metal components and assembly works for our clients’ needs.
 
Meconet has five production plants each one dedicated to selected technology. Our sites are located in Vantaa, Äänekoski, Pihtipudas, Tallinn and St. Petersburg. Meconet has 80 years of experience manufacturing coil springs. Teräsjousi Oy started manufacturing for the domestic defence industry in 1941, and later for many other fields of industry.
 
So that our customers are able to use the potential of different spring technologies, our experienced and competent staff is always ready to help customers with any challenges related to the design or manufacture of springs.
 
Custom-tailored springs for client needs
 
In order to serve our clients fast and efficiently, we have in our stock a wide variety of raw materials (e.g. normal spring wires and stainless spring steels) and special materials (e.g. Inconel, Nimonic, Titanium). We produce tailor-made compression springs from wires between 0,1 – 16,0 mm, torsion springs and wire forms from wires between 0,1 – 8,0 mm. Together with our partners we can perform many after-treatments, like heat treatment, grinding, shot peening, pre-stressing, hardening, coating and painting.

Meconet standard product portfolio is including over 8 000 standard spring products from coil springs and tool springs to various spring components. Our wide portfolio and reliable supplier network is guaranteeing fast and efficient deliveries and the best possible solution for the client. We can deliver the products from our own store already during the same day.
