Company Profile

Established in 1965 as MOLLIFICIO VALLI MAURO with a floor area of 100 Sm., the company has expanded over the years to reach the present 20.000 m2 (of which nearly 9.000 m2 are undercover) and has a permanent workforce of more than 150 among workers, managers and office staff. The company, which is located in via Ceserio, 39 Oleggio Castello (NO), Italy, became a Limited Company in 1990.
 
The company has the following certifications:
  • ISO 900i since 2002.
  • ISO/TS 16949 since 2005 (IATF 16949 since May 2018).
  • ISO 14001 since April 2008.
 
Our production includes:
  • Compression springs made from 0,08 to 10 mm diameter wire up to 20 mm for small series;
  • Extension and torsion springs from 0,15 to 6 mm.;
In particular, we are specialised in the production of bent wire components made with CNC torsion bending machines of last generation, with up to 25-controlled axis.
 
The policy of continuous technological renewal has led to more than 70% of CNC controlled systems with a working age of less than 10 years and production capacity from ten to millions of pieces per year.
 
Spring coilers with ECT (eddy current tester) available in line.
 
Our production range includes the production of punched and bent strip for all productive sectors made with Bihler machines and presses with progressive dies.
 
Our production capacity varies from the small series (10 pieces) to the medium and large ones (dozens of millions). 
 
Our company can offer highly automated productions with anthropomorphic robots and optical vision systems for selections at zero ppm.
 
In the last years, we have integrated the production of metal components with the technology of the plastic with the co-moulding presses.
 
We can support our customers during the development phase with our prototype department, which can make samples in 48 hours.
 
Our Test Laboratory can assist the customer with the following services:
 
  • micro-hardness analysis;
  • failure analysis;
  • salt spray tests;
  • fatigue tests;
  • eddy current tests;
  • cleanliness tests (contamination level and particle size measurements).
 
Tool department inside, we mainly design and produce our progressive dies and Bihler tools.
 
Our technical department is available to support the customer to solve technical problems and propose solutions.
We currently work in Co-design with our customer.
