Spring Manufacture – Springtech continually invest in Spring CNC auto-coilers, Wire forming machinery, press capacity, we also develop a range of tooling solutions specific to manufacturing design, tolerances and finishing.

Spring Testing – Quality & Inspection services use the most modern testing equipment to ensure testing accuracy including, Load deflection, Free height, Spring rate etc…

Finishing services include, Cleaning & degreasing (chemical cleaning, vapour degreasing & Passivation treatments), Heat Treatment (annealing, tempering, hardening), Plating and other specialist finishing services we manage with our service providers.

Spring Certification, ISO certified, BS EN ISO 9001, Product conformance, Certificate of Conformity (CofC), Certificate of Analysis (CofA), Product Part approval process, (PPAP)

Spring Tooling services include Precision tooling, Progression, Multi-slide & Hand press capacity
