Company Profile

The Reliable Spring & Mfg Co. Ltd have been manufacturing springs for industry in the UK for well over 135 years, and we have experience across a wide range of industries. Our name ‘Reliable’ is synonymous with our reputation, which we try to uphold at all times.
 
We manufacture bespoke springs for our customers, with the latest computerised technology in all facets of production, engaging with our workforce of highly skilled, experienced and motivated staff. This enables us to compete competitively and achieve short lead times, whilst maintaining product of the utmost quality and integrity.
 
We are able to hold the hand of our customer from concept stages through to full production and enjoy BS EN ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, with complete traceability across all products. We have been accredited for over 26 years, using BSI for our accreditation body.
 
Below is a very brief outline of our capacity range:
  • Compression Springs: Materials of all types. Wire range 0.2mm-19.0mm, spring diameters up to 135mm and lengths up to 1250mm.
  • Extension Springs: Materials of all types. Wire range   0.3mm-19.0mm, spring diameters up to 100mm and lengths up to 1250mm. Most end conditions available.              
  • Torsion Springs: Materials of all types. Wire range 0.2mm-19.0mm, spring diameters up to 135mm and lengths up to 1250mm. Any type of end shape or condition can be   accommodated.
  • Wire shapes: Materials of all types. Wire range up to 10mm.
  • Finishes: Most finishes can be accommodated.            
 
General light assembly work can also be undertaken.
